Abstract

In terms of pioneering and starting a business, especially for young people, it has the potential to advance because young people have great enthusiasm to achieve big dreams, reasoning power and systematic thinking are quite good, there are 8 (eight) behaviors that must be prepared to pioneer and start a business in young people, namely: 1) Knowing yourself, 2) Knowing personal character, 3) Knowing talents and abilities, 4) Preparing for a change in mental attitude, 5) Ready to face uncertainty, 6) Ready to say "can", 7) Ready to work hard, diligent and patient, 8) Dare to take risks and not lose. This community service was attended by 200 class XII students at SMK Negeri 1 Lintongnihuta Humbang Hasundutan Regency (Humbahas) who were about to complete their education. continuing college will migrate to cities and young people are afraid to start a business or venture
