MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN TINGGI DI KECAMATAN DOLOKSANGGUL, KABUPATEN HUMBANG HASUNDUTAN

Abstract

This community service aims to provide awareness to employees of the Doloksanggul District office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in higher education management. With higher education management, you can improve the quality of service to the community and improve employee careers. Higher education management is the process of administering higher education to maximize all resources to achieve higher education goals effectively and efficiently. Management will support effectiveness in achieving higher education and management will also encourage someone to increase their desire to develop themselves in increasing their educational level. This community service was attended by nineteen employees of the Doloksanggul Subdistrict Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The problems faced by Doloksanggul sub-district office employees are not being able to manage higher education management and there are doubts from Doloksanggul sub-district office employees that continuing higher education requires large costs and they feel they cannot afford it.
