Employee education and development is a critical element in improving the quality of human resources in an organization. This community service aims to explore the importance of implementing educational management in supporting employee career development. The research methods used involve literature analysis, interviews with employees, and surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs. The research results show that educational management plays an important role in shaping employees' competencies, skills and knowledge, which in turn, improves their performance in the work environment. Structured and ongoing education programs can make a positive contribution to employee job satisfaction, motivation and loyalty. Effective educational management can design career development plans that suit individual goals and organizational needs. With educational management support, employees can overcome challenges that arise in their careers, improve leadership skills, and contribute more actively to achieving organizational goals.
