Abstract

Teaching and learning training based on the development of soft skills and hard skills is important in facing the demands of the ever-growing era. This research aims to explore effective training approaches in improving the ability of teachers and learners in developing soft skills and hard skills. The research method used is a literature study to investigate the best approaches to training. Research findings show that a holistic approach based on hands-on practice often provides better results in the development of soft and hard skills. Factors such as organizational support, use of supporting technology, and active involvement of participants are also the keys to success in this training. This research provides valuable insights for education and training practitioners in designing effective programs to develop skills needed in the modern era.
