Student achievement is the result obtained after learning, therefore achievement must always be improved so that students can have their full potential. In the current era of globalization, competition is increasingly fierce in various fields. High student achievement provides a competitive edge in global competition. Students who have achievements will have a great opportunity to be accepted into higher educational institutions and have good career opportunities. Self-management is an important factor that needs to be considered and managed well. This is because with good self-management, students can organize tasks, manage study time and maximize productivity. In an effort to provide enlightenment about self-management in order to improve student achievement, community service activities were carried out for PGRI 20 Siborongborong High School students. The PKM activity method begins with observation, group discussions with the school principal and deputy principal in the field of curriculum and counseling methods. In the question and answer session, students were seen enthusiastically asking about various efforts to manage self-management in achieving achievement. Overall, effective self-management among high school students can be a determining factor in achieving optimal learning achievement, as well as preparing them for entering college.
